In daily life we often get caught up in unhelpful or worrying thoughts and we may waste a lot of time worrying about them. This can make us anxious can often lead to thoughts spiralling to more unhelpful thoughts.
This leaves on a stream exercise is designed to help learn the skills of watching your thoughts and letting them come and go without getting caught up in them.
Daily practice of this activity will support your ability to look at thoughts rather than from thoughts.
